What payment method do you accept?
We accept Paypal, Visa, Master Card for wholesale small quantity orders.
For customized orders, we accept bank transfer with 30% deposit. Balance will need to be paid after mass production finished.
Is my payment safe?
Absolutely. We use PayPal and 2Checkout for credit card payment. Both are world known payment platforms.
Can I customize products with my own brand?
Yes. We will help our customers with customized branding. From product development, to printing on the bags, package design etc. Just send your request to info@polecasa.com
What is the Minimum Order Quantity?
For wholesale orders, MOQ is 1 Piece, considering the shipping cost, the more you buy, the more you save.
For customized orders, it depends on products or your requests. MOQ can be lower to 500 pieces.
Can I get discount on my orders?
Yes. The larger quantity, the more discount you will get.
We also provide discount code for our regular customers for their next orders.
When will my orders be shipped?
Wholesale order will be shipped in 2 workdays.
Customized orders depend on quantity or products. Some product can be shipped in 7-10 workdays.
When can I receive my orders?
Normally, you will receive your orders in 7-10 working days.
For orders in large quantity, we may use sea shipping, which will cost 20-25 days. Shipping cost will be deducted a lot to save your money.
How long is your warranty?
Polecasa provides 12 months warranty for all purchases from order date.
Can I return or refund my orders?
Yes. If you find any damaged or defected goods, please contact us via info@polecasa.com. Fill in your order number, defected quantity. Polecasa will process refund in 2 working days.
