All products from Polecasa were strictly inspected piece by piece to make sure they are in good condition before shipping. But they are hand-made product, very a few small defects may be missed by our inspectors. Long distance transport may also cause product damage.
If you find any damaged or defected goods, please contact us to info@polecasa.com Fill in your order number, defected quantity. Polecasa will process refund in 2 working days.
We may ask you for photographs of defected products as evidence.
Defected or damaged products may request to send back to Polecasa for issue analysis.
It will help to improve the product and further quality control.
