Polecasa provides 12 months warranty for all purchases from order date. We may ask you for photographs of defected products and purchase record as evidence to confirm the goods are purchased from Polecasa.
Defected or damaged products may request to send back to Polecasa for issue analysis.
It will help to improve the product and further quality control.
Follow the care instructions listed on product page. For laundry bags, machine wash in cold water, do not overstuff. Tumble dries with low heat. DO NOT IRON.
For fabric made products, such as laundry hampers, storage bags and bins, clean with damp cloth, don’t use it until totally dry.
