When will my orders be shipped?
Wholesale order will be shipped in 2 -3 working days receiving full order payment.

What is the shipping costs?
Shipping cost is charged by weight, it will automatically calculated within 30 Kgs. If your order is more than 30 Kgs, you won't be able to check out directly. Please send us email info@polecasa.com for shipping calculation.

When can I receive my orders?
For orders on listing, we use sea shipping, it will deliver to you in 7 -10 working days.
